We pay for your marketing !!!
This is one of the hardest and most expensive necessities an agent has to keep up with. You can't generate leads or money without proper and consistent marketing. This is an expense that is difficult to shoulder on your own. We provide our sales team with websites, graphic design, radio, printing, social media, video, mail-outs and virtually any media that we can plug into in order to maximize your exposure. After all, your sucess is our sucess, and we believe strongly that together we can acheive more for not only ourselves, but more importantly.. for our clients.
We pay you an effort based salary !!!!
We offer a scalable salary to our agents. Which awards a sales person with an increasing salary based on the amount of deals they close. However, we always have a base salary, that way you take home a paycheque, so there is never that feast or famine scenario. Often sales people juggle and question whether they can take the risk that month to pay for marketing or other necessities of business... the scalable salary alone, is the biggest incentive to come work with us.
We also pay you a commission !!!!!!
Point Zero One Realty Ltd., also provides a small commission for each transaction that is closed to help give you even further incentive to excel. We know there are expenses dealing with a client. We have your back!
